Is actor Marvin Agustin courting Katrina Halili?

There are rumours speculating around that there is something special going on between Marvin and Katrina. She did not deny that Marvin does text her from time to time and that they got closer after their gig in Virginia, USA last month.

The reporters also asked her reaction regarding her co-stars in “One Night Only”. It was reported that Star Magic pulled out their talents such as Valerie Concepcion, Roxanne Guinoo and Angelica Panganiban from the upcoming movie because they don’t want their stars to play as support to Katrina Halili.

Late last year, GMA-7 bought the rights for the TV adaptation of Carlo J. Caparas’ ANGELA MARKADO. It is basically a story of a young woman named Angela who was raped by five men and the sad thing there is they left a scar in her body with their names. Angela will seek revenge later on by killing the suspects one by one.

The much coveted role was portrayed onscreen by screen goddess Hilda Koronel in the 70’s. GMA-7 originally planned to offer the role to the then GMA Queen Angel Locsin. A lot of people believe that if there’s one kapuso star who is deserving to play the new Angela Markado, that would be no other than Ms. Katrina Halili.
